Pastor Serge began teaching Bible history on a local radio station in Cap-Haitian back in 1970. Each week he traveled from St. Raphael to Cap-Haitian to record his messages for the radio broadcast. After ten years, what with the growth of his ministry and the formation of "the Mission Baptiste du Nouveau Testament" (New Testament Baptist Mission), he became too busy to make the weekly trip to record the radio messages.
Pastor Serge began to pray for an opportunity to start a radio station in St. Raphael. Nearly twenty years later, the Lord answered that prayer when radio station 4VNT went on the air in 1999 with the help of his good friend, Pastor Clyde I. Eborn of Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Newport, NC
The Lord has really blessed the radio station with many voodoo witch doctors coming to Christ. What an opportunity to support this radio outreach and see Haitians come out of the darkness of voodoo and into the glorious Light of Jesus Christ!
